Be careful:
Do not start the Led portable light engine after removing the air filter, otherwise dust will pass through the carburetor (diesel engine without carburetor) and enter the engine, thus accelerating the wear of the engine.
The oil filter cup is cleaned every 3 months, and the process is as follows:
- Open the fuel valve to the off position, open the oil filter counterclockwise, and remove the o-ring and filter screen. (This operation is not available for diesel engines.
- Clean the oil filter cup, filter screen and O-ring with solvent.
- Replace the rubber gasket, and then tighten the oil filter cup.
- Check whether the fuel filter is dirty or blocked. If it cannot be cleaned, purchase the original from the diesel engine supplier.
4 Spark plug (diesel engine not available) shall be cleaned every three months and replaced every other year.
The trailer mobile light tower cleaning process is as follows:
- Remove the spark plug cap. (This operation is not available for diesel engines)
- Remove the spark plug. (This operation is not available for diesel engines)
- Clean up the carbon deposit. (This operation is not available for diesel engines) Measure the spark plug gap. (This operation is not available for diesel engines)
- Install the spark plug and spark plug cap. (This operation is not available for diesel engines)
- The lifting mast shall be cleaned every six months. If it is used in dusty environment, it shall be cleaned every one month.

5 The towable light towers replacement process is as follows:
- Open the oil dipstick, unscrew the oil drain screw and drain the oil. The engine oil can be drained faster and more thoroughly.
- Install and tighten the oil drain screw.
- Fill the recommended oil to the upper limit.
- Install the oil feeler gauge. Please wash your hands with soap and water.
- Open the air filter cover. Check whether the air filter element is clean and in good condition.
- If the air filter element is dirty, remove it and clean it, and replace it if necessary. Wash and squeeze dry with wet soap, water and solvent.
- After cleaning, replace the filter element and air filter cover.
